don't get me started. my mother inlaw has cable, and is flipping out. my mother doesn't get cable, and thinks that the government is wasting her money sending out the coupons, and *oh the horror* she has to pay extra to get the frickin box. (oddly, it's the one who's less computer savvy that gets the whole thing better)
