I'm guessing they mean to set the color quality to "true colors?"
If you're using a Windows OS, right click on the desktop, select Properties. Then go to Settings, and set the Color Quality to the highest you have. Sometimes there's a "true color" option.
thank you. It took a little more doing as I am at work adn certain things are a bit wonky to access, but I found it and I appreciate your answer. Off to find a zipper!
